Return and Refund Policy – Boutique Élégance
Thank you for shopping at Boutique Élégance. If you are not satisfied with our products, we offer a 30-day return policy. To return your order, please follow the instructions below:
Important Information
- Returns Accepted: We accept returns of defective and non-defective products.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
- Condition of Accepted Products: We only accept unopened products in their original packaging or that have never been used.
- Return Period: 30 days from the delivery date.
- Return Method: By mail.
- Return Label: Return label fees are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect. In this case, Aveniqi will provide a prepaid return label.
- Restocking Fee: No fee.
- Refund processing time: Processed within 2 business days of receiving your return.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive the item.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase from us must be presented.
Return Process

Include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.
You must always contact us first to obtain authorization and the correct return address.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for returning the item(s).
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
If you still wish to cancel after this time, please wait until you receive your package and then submit a return request.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Gift Certificates
- Sale items can only be returned for store credit.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer exchanges.
- If you need a different size or item, you can place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee is applied to returns.
Refund Process
To begin the return process, please contact us at support@boutique-elegance.com or via our contact form.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. After inspection, we will promptly inform you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we'll refund the amount to your original payment method (excluding sale items).
You'll receive your refund within 2 days, depending on your bank's processing time.
