1. What are your delivery times?

Our orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days .
Delivery then takes 5 to 10 working days .
The total time is therefore approximately 5 to 12 working days .

2. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes ✅ We offer free shipping to Canada and the United States.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to track your package.

4. Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you can change your address within 24 hours of ordering .
After shipping, the address cannot be changed.

5. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel for free within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, you will have to wait to receive the package and then request a return .

6. What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receipt to return an item.
Terms :

  • Unused item in perfect condition
  • Original packaging
  • Valid proof of purchase

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. What items cannot be returned?

  • Gift certificates
  • Sale items (exchange for credit only)

8. Do you offer exchanges?

No, we do not offer exchanges.
For a different size, place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

9. When will I receive my refund?

After receipt and inspection of the item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method .
The delay is up to 14 days , depending on your bank.

10. What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 3 business days with photos of the damaged package.
We will offer you a replacement, refund or credit .
