Do you offer free shipping?

Can I cancel my order?

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed.

What is the deadline for ordering?
The deadline for placing an order is 11:00 PM (GMT-05:00, Montreal time) .
How long does it take to receive my order?
We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days after shipment. Please note these are estimates; actual delivery times may vary.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return guarantee for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with their original tags. For more information on our returns process, timeframes, and exceptions, please visit our returns page.
What items cannot be returned?
Used items, as well as those without original packaging, labels or original markings, cannot be returned.
How to make a return?
To make a return, contact our customer service by email at support@boutique-elegance.com . You will receive a return authorization number and the necessary instructions.
Who pays the return shipping?
We cover the return shipping costs if it is our error (for example: incorrect, damaged or defective item).
For other returns, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
We process your refund within 14 days . Your bank may take up to 7 additional business days to credit your account.
