Exchanges and returns

If you have received incorrect or defective items, please email i support@boutique-elegance.com to discuss further. Please always send a photo as proof, and we will take care of finding a suitable solution.

If you are not satisfied with the items received, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.

Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding return postage. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.

Return request

Please print and complete the return form if you have not already done so. You can request the return form from support@boutique-elegance.com Email your return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to support@boutique-elegance.com Once approved, ensure your return is well packaged and meets all of the conditions below. Clearly mark the outer packaging of your package as "Returns". Use an insured tracking service to ensure your package arrives safely. Send a follow-up email with tracking information to support@boutique-elegance.com.

Return Conditions and Guidelines:

All returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original plastic packaging. We are not responsible for the cost of returning items. Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a traceable and insured service as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return transit. Please ensure the returns form has been approved - without approval this may result in your return not being processed. Digital products, cosmetics, underwear, custom orders and bedding are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Easy return in three simple steps:

Step 1: Inform our customer service team that you wish to return an item and request the return form. Provide your order number and the reason for return.

Step 2: Return the items with the completed return form to the address you received from our customer service. Our returns are processed in Asia, which means you will have to return your package from outside the EU. If you have ordered multiple products, they may come from different warehouses and need to be returned to different locations. Unfortunately, we cannot refund return shipping costs. Make sure to include a tracking code. You are responsible as the sender, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your purchase amount in your bank account. Once we receive your package, we will make sure that the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within 14 days.
