Now choose the desired colour and/or size and press "add to cart". You can of course continue shopping in peace; your shopping cart is always accessible via the "shopping cart" icon at the top right. Please note: placing items in your shopping cart does not mean that they are reserved.

Have you finished shopping? Click on the "cart" icon to view your items. On the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click on "Continue to checkout". Here, you can easily fill in all your information to finalize the order.

At the house of Elegance Boutique, we take full responsibility for the delivery costs. So you don't pay any delivery costs!*

*Note: For returning items, shipping costs are your responsibility.

Track your order at Elegance Boutique

Yes, you can track the status of your order! We ship all your items with a tracking service. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the tracking page of your order. Please note that there may sometimes be a delay before the tracking status is available.

Delivery times at Elegance Boutique

At the house of Elegance Boutique, we strive to ensure fast delivery. Do you order on business days before 23:00? We try to process and ship your order the same day. Our average delivery time is 7 to 12 days, depending on the availability of the items.

Absence during delivery?

If the courier cannot deliver your package, it will be held for 7 days at the nearest collection point. You will receive a notification from the delivery service with information about the collection point. This email often arrives in the spam box. If this is not the case, contact the carrier or us at info @eleganceboutique.com

Incorrect address?

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error so that we can correct your order before it is shipped.

Lost or stolen package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, report it within 14 days. We will ask the delivery service to investigate and keep you informed of the progress.
